The PlayOptima 3.0 project focused on modernizing and unifying the digital experience of an iGaming affiliate platform operating in the LATAM market.
The objective was not a full rebuild, but a strategic redesign — preserving existing SEO value, URLs, and hosting structure, while introducing a clean, mobile-first brand system and a more coherent user experience across all pages.

The client approached us with the goal of modernizing PlayOptima while preserving its existing infrastructure and SEO authority. The platform was fully operational — including Picks, Bonuses, Content, Chat, and Account + SSO modules — but lacked visual consistency, brand cohesion, and mobile-first optimization.
Our task was to redesign the user experience without disrupting the current WordPress (GoDaddy Premium Plan) setup, existing URLs, or search engine rankings.
We began by developing a clean, mobile-first Brand Book, defining typography, layout hierarchy, spacing system, and CTA logic. The new design system was implemented across all core sections: Home, Picks, Bonuses, Content, Chat, Registration Flow, and My Account.
From a technical perspective, we conducted a structured audit of the existing plugin ecosystem and platform architecture. The objective was to:
preserve all SEO structure (URLs, metadata, schema)
optimize the current plugin stack
ensure scalability and long-term maintainability
A key functional enhancement involved gated logic for premium Picks, where selected entries are blurred for non-logged users while remaining crawlable for search engines.
The Chat module required a seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. We designed a unified “one account” architecture, avoiding standalone plugin-based accounts and ensuring a native platform experience. The solution supports feed-based communication with text and image uploads.
Performance and SEO preservation were critical. All ranking signals were retained, and the redesign was implemented without structural migration risks. Metadata management was aligned with Yoast SEO, ensuring clean search engine compliance.
The result is a modern, cohesive, and scalable affiliate platform with improved UX clarity, integrated community functionality, and a technically stable foundation for future growth.
